If a bill you're expecting isn't showing up in the QuickBooks import screen, one of the following is likely the cause.
The bill has already been paid or has no outstanding balance
PayRewards only imports bills with an outstanding balance. If a bill has been fully or partially paid in QuickBooks, it may not appear — or may show a reduced amount.
Check the bill status in QuickBooks to confirm it still has an open balance.
The bill was added to QuickBooks after the page loaded
The import list is a snapshot taken when you first load the page. Bills created or updated in QuickBooks after that point won't appear until you refresh.
Refresh the import screen and the updated list will load.
The page needs a refresh
If you've had the import screen open for a while, the bill list may be out of date. Refreshing pulls the latest unpaid bills from QuickBooks.
The QuickBooks connection has lapsed or disconnected
If the connection was interrupted, bills won't load. Go to Settings > Integrations to check the connection status. If it shows as disconnected, reconnect your QuickBooks account and try importing again.
You're connected to the wrong QuickBooks company
PayRewards connects to one QuickBooks company per account. If you manage multiple businesses, confirm you're logged in to the correct PayRewards account and that the right QuickBooks company is connected under Settings > Integrations.
