Yes, multiple PayRewards accounts that are accessed using different login credentials can be consolidated under a single preferred login.
Follow these steps:
Select the preferred login email address that will ultimately be used.
Sign in using any non-preferred login credentials.
Invite the preferred email address as a user on that account.
Sign out, then sign back in using the preferred credentials.
Access to multiple accounts can then be managed through the account switcher in the upper-left corner of the dashboard.
Repeat these steps for any additional credentials that require consolidation.
Note: This process enables single-credential access, but the Account Owner role cannot be reassigned through these steps. Please contact support to have Account Owner role modified.
