Yes, the business name displayed on a PayRewards account can be updated in Account Settings.
Platform Account Identification
The account name assists in distinguishing among multiple accounts within the platform. In cases where several accounts are associated with the same EIN, or where the legal entity name is lengthy, an alternate registered business name or “doing business as” (DBA) name may be preferable.
Invoices
Fees associated with payments are invoiced to the business. The selected account name appears on the invoices.
Remittance Notifications
When a vendor's email address is provided, PayRewards issues remittance notifications upon payment disbursement. The selected account name is included in these notifications.
If multiple business names are registered under a single EIN and an alternative name is preferred in place of the legal entity name, the business name can be updated as follows:
Navigate to Settings → Account Details
Select Edit under Business Information
Choose the preferred Business Name from the dropdown list
Select Save
