The Users page in Settings is used to manage individuals who have access to an account, their assigned roles, and any pending invitations.
Inviting a new user
To invite a new user, follow these steps:
Go to Settings → Users
Select Add User
Enter the user’s email address and nickname, then select the desired role
Select Save to send the invitation
The recipient will receive an email invitation to join the account. Invitations expire after 14 days and can be resent by Account Owners and Administrators from the Users page.
Important: If the invited individual is not a yet PayRewards user and registers using a different email address than the one invited, access to the account will not be granted. The invitation must be sent to the email address that will be used for registration.
