The Review & Authorize page is available to Account Owners, Administrators, Managers, and Operators.

Account Owners and Administrators

Can view all submitted payments, whether or not they are required to authorize them
To view only payments requiring action, turn Show all payments awaiting authorization OFF

Managers

Can view payments they have submitted
Can also view payments they are required to authorize
To view only payments requiring action, turn Show all payments awaiting authorization OFF

Operators

Can view only payments they have submitted
