A remittance advice is generated and sent by email once a payment has been successfully released from PayRewards. This occurs after funds have settled into PayRewards’ bank account from the selected payment method. Payments can only be released after settlement is complete, and a remittance advice cannot be generated before that time.

Remittance advice emails can be sent automatically to payees if an email address is saved in the payee’s profile within the Payees list.
If remittance advice emails should not be sent directly to payees, this feature can be disabled by navigating to Settings → Notifications and turning the option off.
Additionally, a copy of the remittance advice is automatically emailed on the same day the payment is remitted.
