The time it takes for a vendor to receive payment depends on the chosen payment method, delivery method, and the time the payment is approved.

• Payment method: The chosen payment method, such as by credit card or ACH.

• Delivery method: The method chosen to deliver funds to the recipient, such as ACH or wire transfer.

• Cutoff time: Payments approved after the daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times for each supported payment and delivery method are outlined below. Please note that processing times may be affected by bank and federal holidays, and wherever supporting documentation is required for a specific payment. 

To avoid late payments, it is recommended that payments be submitted with sufficient lead time to ensure delivery prior to the due date. Payments will not be expedited beyond standard processing times under any circumstances.
