Can I open an account on someone's behalf?
No. A PayRewards account must be opened by a business owner, director, or beneficial owner of the company. If the individual initiating onboarding is not an owner or authorized officer, an eligible owner or beneficial owner must be invited to complete the onboarding process. The fastest way to proceed is for an authorized individual to open the account directly.
What if I don't have an EIN?
PayRewards services are available exclusively to registered businesses. Without an active EIN, an account cannot be opened at this time.
What if I'm unable to verify my business or identity?
If business or identity information cannot be verified, onboarding cannot be completed. This includes situations where required business, ownership, or identity details are unavailable or cannot be confirmed.
