If you have a valid U.S. business with an active Employer Identification Number (EIN), you can open a PayRewards account. Depending on your business type, you may be required to provide additional documentation during the onboarding process.

We currently support the following U.S. business types:

• Sole Proprietorships

• Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)

• C-Corporations

• S-Corporations

• Partnerships

Can I open an account on someone's behalf?

No. To open a PayRewards account, you must be a business owner, director, or beneficial owner of the company. If you are not an owner or authorized officer, you will need to invite one to complete the onboarding process. The fastest way to get started is for a business owner or beneficial owner to open the account directly.

What if I don't have an EIN?

Currently, our services are exclusively for businesses. Without an active registered business, we are unable to support your payments at this time.

What if I'm unable to verify my business or identity?

If we’re unable to identify or verify your business information, we won’t be able to complete onboarding. This includes cases where required business or ownership details are unavailable.
