New accounts can typically begin creating payments within one business day of completing onboarding. Before any payments can be authorized, business and identity verification must be completed within the platform.
Once all requirements are met, the account will be activated and a notification will be sent via email or SMS.
If an account is pending activation, or if payments have already been created but cannot yet be authorized, please ensure the email address has been verified. Email verification can be completed from the Dashboard.
