Only an Account Owner or Administrator can edit a user’s nickname.

Follow these steps:

1. In the sidebar, navigate to Settings → Users

2. Locate the user, select the ellipsis (⋯) → Edit 

   

3. Update the user’s nickname

4. Select Save to apply the change
