Mobile App
The PayRewards app is available on iPhone and Android. It covers the most common payment tasks — making payments, authorizing payments, and checking transaction status — and includes in-app registration for new users.
If you already have a PayRewards account, log in with your existing email and password. No separate sign-up is needed.
What you can do in the app
New users can register directly in the app, add a payment method, and add a payee.
Single USD payments to vendors via ACH, wire transfer, or paper check.
Review and authorize payments individually or in bulk, with your account's authorization rules applied.
Cancel pending or scheduled payments from the app.
View your payment history and check the status of any payment.
PayRewards Points are earned on payments made through the app.
Use the Referral & Earn program from within the app.
Switch between multiple businesses or entities without logging out.
What's not available in the app
Some features are available on the web platform but not in the current version of the app:
- Recurring and scheduled payment setup
- Batch payments and QuickBooks auto-import
- Invoice OCR
- FX (international) payments
- Managing users and authorization settings
- Managing integrations
- Adding or editing payment methods (you'll be redirected to your browser to do this)
- Managing payees (you can add payees via the payment flow, but can't edit or remove them in-app)
- Push notifications
- Login via passkey
Payroll payments are not available in the current version of the app. Use the web platform to submit payroll.
