Who can use this?
Account owners, administrators, and managers
You can cancel pending or scheduled payments directly in the app.
- 1 Open the payment you want to cancel from the authorization queue or your transaction history.
- 2 Scroll to the bottom of the payment details and tap Cancel and remove this payment.
- 3 Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The payment is removed and you'll receive a confirmation.
Payments already processing cannot be canceled
Once a payment has been authorized and is processing, it can't be canceled in the app. Contact us via live chat if you need help with a payment that's already underway.
