Who can use this?
Account owners, administrators, and managers with authorization permissions
If your account uses authorization rules, payments need to be approved before they're processed. You can authorize payments from anywhere using the app.
Authorizing a single payment
- 1 From the home screen, find a payment in the Payments to authorize section and tap it. Or tap See all to open the full authorization queue.
- 2 Review the payment details — payee, amount, fees, and delivery method.
- 3 Tap Authorize payment and confirm when prompted.
Authorizing multiple payments at once
- 1 In the authorization queue, tap Bulk select.
- 2 Tap each payment you want to authorize. The total count and amount update as you select.
- 3 Tap Authorize, review the confirmation, and confirm.
What do the two tabs mean?
Your action shows payments waiting for you to authorize. In authorization shows payments submitted and waiting for someone else to approve.
