Who can use this?
All PayRewards app users
The app uses a two-layer login: your email and password the first time, then a PIN or biometrics (Face ID or fingerprint) on every return visit.
First login
- 1 Open the app and tap Log in.
- 2 Enter your email address and password.

Set up your PIN.Enter a 4-digit PIN, then confirm it. You'll use this PIN to log in on future visits.

Set up biometrics (optional).If your device supports Face ID or fingerprint login, you'll be prompted to enable it. Tap Enable and follow your device's prompts, or tap Maybe later to skip.
Returning logins
Once your PIN is set up, you'll log in with your PIN or biometrics on every return visit. Your email and password are only needed on first login or after a full log out.
What if my PIN isn't working?
You have a limited number of attempts to enter your PIN correctly. After each failed attempt you'll see how many attempts remain. If you exhaust all attempts, you'll be asked to log in with your email and password. See How do I reset my PIN?
Why does the app ask me to log in again after a period of inactivity?
The app locks automatically after a period of inactivity to keep your account secure. Enter your PIN or use biometrics to resume where you left off.
